The sous vide set up of world class chefs everywhere. It’s the Internet Explorer blanket that really does it for me. Anyway, we were inspired by the beer cooler sous vide article on Serious Eats and gave it a shot. I’ll post the food shortly, but let’s just say that this is one hack worth trying provided you don’t need to cook anything for a super long time.
